Samlify

Terms

Who we are

Samlify is run by William Jannert, a sole trader, Smedgatan 10, 243 34 Höör, Sweden. Email hello@samlify.com. When a company is registered for Samlify, it takes over these terms and its name and registration number will appear here.

This website

The site describes an early preview. What the product can do will change, and nothing on the site is an offer or a promise of a particular result.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no agreement to provide the app. We may contact you about access; we decide who is offered a place in the pilot. You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to us. How we handle your address is described under Privacy.

Invites

When you join the waitlist you get a private invite link. If someone joins through your link and later starts using Samlify, you and that person each get one month of Samlify free of charge. Starting to use Samlify means the invited person, or their business, uses the Samlify app under its own agreement with us. Joining the waitlist alone gives no reward.

You get one free month for each invited person who starts using Samlify. While the pilot is free of charge, the free month applies from when Samlify starts charging you. Samlify may refuse a reward for fake or duplicate accounts.

The Samlify app

The app is offered only to businesses taking part in the pilot. Before the app observes anything, the business accepts the Pilot Terms and the Data Processing Agreement. Those govern the use of the app. If they differ from this page, they apply.

Ownership

The name Samlify, the logo, the text and design of this site, and the Samlify software belong to Samlify. You may not copy, change, decompile, reverse engineer or take apart the software, or use it to build a competing product, except to the extent mandatory law allows it.

Liability

The site and the waitlist are free and provided as they are. As far as the law allows, Samlify is not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are decided by Swedish courts.
